  • Postal orders: we receive mail orders on a daily basis via our dedicated PO addresses.
  • Telephone orders: through a dedicated phone line by client, we are able to take orders over the phone.
  • Orders via email: through a branded customer inbox.

We are also here to support your customers everyday queries such as product questions, delivery queries and order amendments. Our friendly team can help free your time so that you can focus on other areas of your business.

We are integrated with major payment platforms

We efficiently and securely process your customers’ payments in multiple ways to trigger their fulfilment requirements, in turn driving your revenue stream.

  • Payments are taken via accredited payment platforms to ensure PCI compliance. We are able to integrate with your payment platforms as well as setting up new payment gateways on your behalf.
  • Cheque payments are also processed and banked on the client’s behalf upon receipt.

We are able to set up a bank account specifically for your needs, bank cheques and reconcile on a regular basis.
