We have dedicated space in our distribution centres to receive and process returns on behalf of our clients, for both courier and end customer parcels.

We support the whole process, from arranging or recommending return couriers, to sorting and quality assurance checking upon receipt.

With a swift process and a committed team, we are able to work with clients effectively to resolve and process returns queries.
Our management portal logs the returns and then we work with our clients to determine next steps - whether that be to return to stock, quarantine as damaged or resend to the customer.
