We are able to receive data in many ways, from a .csv file to an API link and we’ll work with you to form a robust integration plan.
Our system will perform data and address checks to ensure accurate fulfilment, and data can then be batched accordingly and sent for picking and packing.
Our experienced warehouse team will also check that the delivery notes and labels are printed correctly and accurately before orders leave the warehouse.
Stock is received, located in the warehouse and uploaded into our stock management portal for order generation. It's then prepared and moved into our promotional area for fast, effective picking.
You can also access our online portal to get real-time stock information and full transparency through the end-to-end process.
Once the order has been received in the warehouse, the team will pick multiple components for the kit using our handheld terminals. We will then pack the items in the most efficient way using sustainable packaging for transport.
We will consistently communicate with you and actively ask for you to ‘sign off’ the campaigns before they leave the warehouse.
The kits can then either be moved to despatch or stored for despatch at a later date.
We will work with you to understand your end customer delivery requirements. From a fully trackable next-day delivery to an untracked 48-hour service - we work with multiple carriers to agree on your preferred shipping method.
