Too Easy Beverages

Introduction:

Too Easy Beverages is a small start-up that first came to us in November 2023 and launched their first product in January 2024. After moving to the UK the founders of Too Easy Beverages found it frustrating not being able to get bar-quality cocktails in a can. From this dissatisfaction, their first product, the cool margarita was born. 

Coming to us in November 2023 we’ve helped them with the launch of their new product and taken over the logistics side of the business. Giving them the time to focus on marketing and further developing their product.

Onboarding:

The first stage of becoming their fulfilment partner was onboarding. In this process, it was important to understand their needs, full end-to-end requirements, and target customers. With Too Easy Beverages being a start-up this first stage was vital in order to ensure a successful market launch and to make sure we were fully aligned with them and their goals.

When Too Easy Beverages came to us they were looking for a fulfilment partner to help support their launch into the market. As they were a start-up they came to us so we could handle all things logistics enabling them to concentrate on marketing and developing their product.

 

The solution:

Due to them being a start up we initially talked them through different packaging options and which couriers to use. To ensure we had the right solution in place to meet their budget and requirements. 

It took us a couple of months to implement the right solution for them and work with them on IT integration and define the exact operational process required.

 

The results: 

As a result of the partnership, we helped to successfully launch their new brand and fulfil all of their B2B and B2C orders. We’re looking forward to continuing our work with Too Easy Beverages and helping them to grow further and expand in the market.
